My posts come few and far between but I've read up on almost everything in this forum, and respect everyones opinions. I know as much info as the next guy who frequents this forum.

But that computer rendition in the PHR mag..I'm not asking if that's what it's going to look like because obviously no one here truly knows. But is there any chance that it could look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT? I know there will be cues, like in all the generations, but the front is a lot like the 1st gen, do you think they would go with maybe a totally new front end? What are the chances of getting a totally new design with subtle cues? If the new coupe is called Camaro, would it have a modern design, something fresh where you look at it and don't say "has 1st gen cues here, 2nd gen cues there.."

What are the chances that all these hints and clues about the car can be all off, and that we'd get something totally new that no one has even imagined? I would think those chances are slim, any input?

 

If GM is smart they will stay away from a Retro or overly "cued" 5th GEN unless they know for sure it can be called Camaro. Why risk doing a car just to have to scrap it because you cant call it Camaro. If we get a retro Camaro its because it was never in any danger of being called something else.
