sounds like they are testing the new V12 for Caddy. I didn't think it would fit in the STS, maybe this will go into the next V-series or it is what we can expect in the ULS
General Motors Corp. will wheel out a Cadillac STS today that is loaded with everything from cup holders that keep drinks hot or cold, to seats that vibrate to catch a drifting driver's attention, to a brutish 12-cylinder engine with 505 horsepower.
It's not a car that will ever go on sale, but a laboratory on wheels built to demonstrate emerging technologies, some just a year or so down the road, and others for which the jury is still out on whether to bring them to market.

Am I the only one thats almost more intrested in the new upcoming 6 speed auto's? Finally!!!!!! We are all familiar with how much power the LSx family can make in various configs.. But finally, a new line of trans with more than 4 gears!! Yes!!!! You can have your tire shredding/stump pulling 1st gear, yet still retain awesome OD for highway crusiing...and everything else in between. no more huge drops of rpms between shifts..
hopefully the 6 speeds will be much beefier than their 4 speed equiv, so GM can less or completely take away TQ Management!!!

Id like to see an Accord with a 505hp supercharged V8.
This is sweeeeet. I liked the V12 idea, but a supercharged LS2 works fine for me!
