2014 Colorado regular cab, short bed photoshop

MonaroSS from GMInsidenews.com was kind enough to do a photoshop for me.

I asked him to take a pic of the 2014 Colorado extended cab concept and turn it into a regular cab, short bed.

I think he came thru in spades.

Here's the pic he used:

And THIS is what he came up with:

I asked him to put in the little quarter windows behind the rear doors (much like the F-150 regular cabs have) and to remove that bed topper/racer back thing.

I think they came out great and gives an idea what a regular cab, short bed new Colorado could look like.

Personally, I really like it and could see myself owning/driving it.

GM/Chevy,

If you're reading, PLEASE build this truck!

Looks like a Raider. There is a reason why it failed in the US market.

Wow, I don't see ANY resemblence between the 2 at all.
Except that they are tan colored p/u trucks with a cab & a bed.

And, Mitsubishi as a whole does terrible in the U.S.
It's amazing they still sell any cars here.

I'm really digging the extended cab concept, but those Buick fender vents have got to go. The regular cab...

Maybe in a double cab, no chance in a single cab.

I like it as well - it has a nice 'truck stance.'

I like it. I hope when they restyle it for the US market in 2015 it looks more like a mini Silverado or '13+ Traverse instead of the current Equinox (which I like, just not as much on a pickup).

The fender vents have to go. I dont like the bulbous fenders front and rear. I think the headlights stretch back too far. And something looks wrong about the wheelbase. The front and rear overhangs are too big, especially the rear. Sttetching the wheelbase would fix that. What I do like is the extra space behind the seats added to the regular cab. my Dodge Ram has that and its nice to have the extra storage behind the seats.
