It's definitely a looker. I couldn't take the drop in performance versus my G8 though.

Looks good but what Cadilac needs to do is put an LS3 in there from the Camaro. It would be a perfect fit between the V6 and the V model.

This.....THIS is what a Cadillac should be. I love that the 6 speed manual is STANDARD instead of optional. That's taking the Cadillac brand to a whole nother level.

I also love the center exhaust. I actually had an exclusive on that from the day the CTS Coupe but everybody said there was "no way" the CTS Coupe would retain the center exhaust.

GM's done this right. It shares just enough with the CTS Sedan and Wagon but also has enough to differ itself from both.

Do you think the CTS Coupe is great? Wait until you see the 'vert........

At some point it might get Very interesting particularly if they do a more Vivacious Version.

Rear center exhaust might look Very interesting surrounded by a sexy diffuser. Maybe there's some thought being giVen to a Version with greater Velocity capability?

CTS coupe is sexy, regardless.

I don't think you need to be so subtle, fastdog. The press release already informs that a higher Velocity Version will be unVeiled in the Very near future.

The Coupe joins the CTS Sport Sedan, the 556-horsepower (415 kW) CTS-V and new CTS Sport Wagon as the foundation of Cadillac’s lineup. A high-performance V-Series edition of the Coupe will also be released in 2010.

That's gonna be a long wait.

But today a Cadillac official told us to stop with the wondering -- there will be no Cadillac CTS convertible.

"Nope," he said, "no convertible. With the arrival of the coupe, the CTS line is complete."
