that engine only makes another 25hp and 22ft-lbs more than the 3.6L in the Camaro. The torque curve is much nicer though! I wonder what the redline is?

The car looks really nice

I wonder if Buick got it, would they call it GSX or GNX? Aren't we supposed to be getting a Regal GS anyway? Adding the X to the end of the name is what BMW does to signify all wheel drive, so GSX would be appropriate.

I want to see a verysion of this starting with 3.6L (or larger) displacement

The Buick GSX fanbase might disagree. This is a Buick GSX...

The lineage to the Grand National (also a turbo V6) is more recent and a better fit.

However, make it a RWD coupe and drop in a 455 Buick V8 and I might agree agree with you.

I must admit, I do like the VXR version. It looks far more agressive than the 'Plain Jane' model.

Perfect Buick Regal GNX, but it would have to start at no more than $35,000. Even then I'd rather have a G8 GT. Pricing would be tough on this one.

Cool in theory. But if the Saab Turbo X is any guide, this car will be heavy, slow, thirsty and expensive.

I can imagine it sitting there, not selling with an MSRP of $44000.

It won't sell here as a Buick at 44k either. It will have to be much less than that.
