Spring rates

Looking to do a refresh on the almost 100K mile stock suspension, and see if I can get this thing handling decent again. Not interested in extreme handling since it only sees drag strip/street use, but I do want it to take a decent corner. Can't afford to lower the car (LTs + DS loop = NO clearance), so I was thinking of just getting stock springs again, possibly 1LEs.

I've got a line on some stock springs off an LS1 really cheap. I was wondering if anyone knew what those spring rates are vs. the stock LT1s (are the weight differences enough to warrant diff springs?).

Also looking for suggestions on shocks, as well as a good swaybar kit. Shocks don't have to be adjustables, unless there's a very affordable, quality one out there.

What about replacing all the bushings up front? With the rear LCAs and panhard, I've already got poly out back. Any kits out there I should avoid?

The biggest factor in all of this will be cost. I have to get this done in as few $$$ as possible since money is tight.

Thanks for all the help!

1LE and some nice shocks, or else just shocks and other parts of your choosing, I wouldn't bother replacing stock springs at only a few years of age, they are not going to sag that much just yet.

Bang for the bottom dollar, I like poly on stock bars, endlinks/bushings. If not satisfied I'd upgrade the front bar and leave the rear stock.
