PHB installation

I am planning on doing a spring drop on my SS and was wonderin how I measure the PHB for the drop. I know how to do everything else but where/how to measure for the PHB.
Thanks

Set the Panhard to the stock length and install it like that. Then measure the distance from the outside of your tire to your fender lip on each side of the car (after the new springs are in). Adjust the Panhard longer if you need the axle moved left, or shorter to go to the right.
