Okay, my car is getting worked on currently (plugs and wires - ugh) and while I was ordering the parts I needed for this, I figured I'd finally get around to working some more on my car. Now there is tons of things I can order, but what I don't know is what would make the most difference, and should be done first. As far as suspension goes, my car currently has an Eibach pro-kit on it, but nothing else as far as suspension goes. I love quick, tight handling cars. Ride quality doesn't matter too much to me, especially if my car can cut up corners. Now I was considering ordering a bunch of different parts for the car. Which one of these parts would you say will make the most difference? I'm trying to keep it under $500 here for parts, and hopefully I can do the labor myself.

STB
Stranopart's new 35mm front swaybar with 22mm rear
Set of Bilstein shocks
New LCAs (what brand and type is best?)
Poly bushings for as many parts of the suspension as I can afford
Rear Mounting Battery kit, and maybe a 1le A/C delete (dont' know if I'm up to this in TX)

I also considered getting my ECU remapped by pcmforless or getting a K&N FIPK, as all I have right now is a drop in K&N filter

Ultimatley, I want to try and get the car with a good weight balance on it by losing some weight overall, and some weight off the front end, and make it handle as well as possible. What parts would you reccomend I order? Like I said I'd want to keep it under $500 if possible, because I'm broke, but I want to definatley feel the difference, which is why my gut is telling me the Bilstein's will be the biggest difference/performance gain, and I'll enjoy them the most. Thanks for your replies.

I'm sure you need shocks, however, the best bang for the buck would be Sam's new bars. You won't be sorry. That will use up a chunk of the $500.

After you get more money, replace the shocks and bushings then. Use the Energy Suspension bushings in the front. LCA's will take you out of ESP (which is where you're at right now) so I'd be very leery of doing that.
