Post Need some help on camber setting

I'm always wondering do I need more or less neg camber with a stiffer sway bar, "assume" my camber setting is perfect without the stiffer bar. And plz note that I'm only setting it for aggressive street turning (like 55mph off ramp) with normal street tires. Thanx for any advice.

I also want to know if the rear toe and camber are adjustable and any suggestion?
