I have a 98 Z28 that is currently in FS. I am looking to move into ESP but was wondering what I need to do in order to be competitive. Currently the only modifications to my car are:
*Koni sport shocks (front)
*Bilstein HD shocks (rear)
*Suspension techniques 35mm front sway bar
*K&N air filter
*no muffler

I have compiled some things I would like to do, but could use help from experienced autocrossers as to what works and what doesn't (and what will throw me into CP). If I'm leaving anything off please let me know.

SUSPENSION
subframe connectors
25mm rear sway bar
strut tower brace
coil over's w/ 500 lb/in springs
adjustable rear spring perches with 120lb/in springs
front control arm bushings
adjustable panhard rod
bump stops?
Adjustable rear control arms and brackets - CP??

free ram air mod

This list is obviously by no means final and will definitely take me some time to get the money for each thing. So any suggestions as to what to get first etc. would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

The subframe connectors and adjustable rear control arms move you out of ESP. Check out what I've done to mine, it's completely ESP legal.
