Interference and Canton oil pans

I have one of the original Canton oil pans (purchased new 1.5 years ago), and it makes contact with the steering rack when the engine revs. I have tried washers under the motor mounts which lessened the problem, but it is still there. I now have the engine shimmed up more than 1/8”, and am concerned about further shimming for a couple of reasons. Has anyone tried the Energy Suspension passenger side motor mount? There are no pictures or dimensions of it on their site.

Have any of you come up with a more creative solution? Maybe one that actually works? Is it feasible to have a shop reduce the height of the pan at the front, or is there some baffling or trap door up there? If anyone has solved the problem or knows someone who has, I would appreciate a suggestion.

Thanks,
Bob Bishop
