Question How much gas in tank when autocrossing

How much gas in the tank gives the best balance between handling and traction?

TIA

I run a full tank. Anything less than a half tank in my car and I'll get fuel starvation. Of course the extra fuel adds weight, but to the back of the car for better front/rear balance. A full tank also prevents the fuel mass from shifting from side to side in slaloms.

Full tank. Period. Three reasons:

1) Better weight distribution front to back
2) You don't have as much sloshing and funny weight shifts in transitions
3) Eliminate the possibility of stavation
