C5 Calipers on 3rd gen???

I'm in the process of putting some larger brakes on a 85 Camaro. I was going to use a 13" rotor and a C4 PBR caliper or Wilwood, but due to the large piston size and huge pad area, I was thinking maybe a C5 caliper. Just wondering if anyone has done this.

i think you are the first to attempt this, but i really dont see any snags that you could run into along that way. Let us know how it turns out

Check out www.G-Machines.com they have all sorts of tech info for brake swaps and reader rides w/ good write ups on some of them.

I'm pretty sure John at Road Tech made/makes a kit like this. Terry Hartman's got pictures of using the C5 rotors, and maybe calipers on his website (I don't have the link here at work).
