Bushing replacement time

I've read conflicting information (on this site and others), and wanted to get you guys point of view before going any farther.

For a street driven car, would it be wise to use a complete poly bushing set from someone like Energy Suspension, or are there locations (front UCA's, rear LCA's) where you should go with another material?

Also on that same note, is it possible to get 1LE bushings separately from the control arms themselves?

Thanks
