ATE blue brake fluid

I was going to flush my brake system out with the ATE blue brake fluid. It sounds like it is a high quility fluid. Has anyone had any bad results or reactions with regular DOT 3 fluid in our 4th generation F bodies . Will the blue fluid cause any trouble with our ABS system? Any comments on ATE super blue brake fluid would be helpful. Thanks.

Lots of guys use this locally on lots of different cars (including my dad on his LT1 Vette). Most of them alternate colors when bleeding between the blue and the gold so that it is obvious when you have properly bled a given corner of the car.

I personally use Castrol SRF, but it isn't for everyone at $70 per liter.

There should be no issues for you. Go for it.

I bled my brakes 3 times last week with ATE and it seems to work fine. No issues with it except it stains stuff, like my shirt, and my vacuum pump. THe color makes it easy to work with though, you'll know when you have new fluid in the line.

ATE seems like a very high quality fluid with a fairly high boiling point. It has a pretty good rep and I haven't heard any complaints about it. Plus it's cheap compared to SRF.
