1LE or ls1 eibachs's. Can't decide. Effects of each.

Hello, I had dome some searches and want your guys opion.

Car now=Revalves wtih 35mm Strut tower brace 17.95 285/40/17

I'm thinking of springs I know the 1le are 360 on the front, and thought aboud doing that and leaving me the back maybe stock. What would be the pros and cons of chaning my rears. I think increasing my spring rate from stock on bumpy roads like where i drive a lot would hurt me than help me. But on the other hand, I would like to lower my center of gravity with some ebiachs. What do you guys think who has more experince in this. I guess I have a lack of understanding of how a stiffer sping in the front or rear "helps" handling does it just help by how it transfers it's weight going around curves. I got revalves bilsteins so I should have enough damping for set of springs. oh yea 1le fronts springs are cheap....thanks sorry to ramble

p.s
I can't find the cool site with all the springs rates?
