Thanks for posting the pictures. That is the general idea of what I want in chrome, NO GOLD! I don't want a lowrider look, I want the 16's with 245/50/16 tires on em. I like the way they look. I'm sure most of you think I'm spun, but each to their own. To everyone who is supporting me, thanks much. If and when I get em I'll post a few pix. I'm back in Canada now. It's TOUGH to get wires up here. I may drive back to Ft. Lauderdale whn I find something I like that will fit. I don't want my rims sticking out the side of the cars but I want a bit of a lip on em. I hate the fact our cars are positive offset.
I use my car for cruising, I like it to look good. I like it to be quick, but I don't race it. I drive it on many long trips with the top down. I like to cruise at 85 to 90 mph when I get the chance. On my recent trip back from Ft. Lauderdale I cruised most of the way at above 80 (mostly at night) with daytime speeds from 70 to 80. I have a CB with a stealth antenna. It's great because the truckers tell you where ALL the radar traps are for a hundred miles. Works better than my radar detector. The point is I like to cruise and drive long distances.
I'm not trying to cram my thoughts down anybody's throat. I know what I like and what I want. Take care everybody

I was just posting a picture for people that really didn't have an idea of what exactly a camaro would look like with wires on it and then expressing my opinion on wire wheels in general. Whether it be on a camaro, impala or heck even a '87 dolorean.
In my post no where did I bash on the owner or car. Just expressed my opinion on how I feel about wire wheels.
Whereas your post seems just to be a pathic attempt to raise your post count while trying to get the masses to agree why youre choice of wire wheels on a f-body would be unique and original.
Camaros should be bought as a performance car not a luxorius cruisin car. And in deciding to actually chose to place wire rims on YOUR camaro or in redoing the interior in velvet or something else in that nature may seem to be unique and different in YOUR mind, however I view such as a complete lack of taste and style.
IMO

That's not true. Some early 3rd gen Camaros and Firebirds had 4 cyl engines, so maybe the owner is smarter than you.

Does anybody know if I can use standard offset wheels on my 95 Z28. I know we have a positive offset but I've seen pictures on Brent's site that have wheels with the "deep dish" look and that's what I want. Any help would be great.
