Wings West SS spoiler install questions
I'm getting a Wings West SS spoiler from my mom and dad for Christmas. UPS dropped it off yesterday so today I opened it up and made sure it was in one piece before letting my mom wrap it up for me. I thought it would be a simple install but after looking at the instructions i'm not so sure . The instructions aren't specific for camaros, but they say drilling will be necessary. Wouldn't it just use the factory mounting locations ? I guess I just assumed it would. If anyone has installed one on their camaro and would like to give me some insight on how to install it I would appreciate it. It wouldn't be a big deal to drill I guess but it would be much easier if I didn't have to.
Thanks guys

Install is very easy. Ignore the instructions that came with it. Basically you pull the plastic cover on the inside of the hatch. There are 2 nuts eaither side. Remove them and pull the old spoiler. Drop the new one on. The bolts I got with my WW SS spoiler were way short, so you may need to get longer one.
Mine fit pretty will. It still needs a little work to sit flush with the rear quarter panels. I also have to readjust the hatch as it doesn't sit right fromt he factory.

bryan,
do not get it painted until the fit is right, we will probably have to do some fitting (grinding, sanding and smoothing) on it where it mounts to your hatch........Wings West SS spoilers are notorious for it !
