Wings West air deflector thread

My Wings West air deflector cracked right along where it screws in, so that my car is now overheating. This will be a public account of my Warranty claim with Wings West, and their response. I have linked to this thread in my communication to Wings West.

All I have asked from Wings West is that they replace the part. I will pay all shipping fees and provide proof that the part is damaged/defective.

The part is a $50 retail value

Uh...that sounds like a real bum deal and all, but this site isn't meant for people to go on "public record" or anything like in a claim for situations of this nature.

In other words, this site is not for people to use as a tool to resolve disputes. No part of this site is meant to be of sound record, legal or otherwise.

If you feel you must do something like this, try the Better Business Bureau or a site like http://www.planetfeedback.com/consumer/

Good luck, sorry we can't help you with your problem. We don't want this site to get caught up in something that we had nothing to do with in the first place.
