Not sure what "low" and "high" means in those specs, and appears they are offering a variety of offsets, and different bolt hole patterns.
If the last number in each spec is the bolt circle, none of them are correct for an F-Body. You need 5 bolts on a 4.75" (120.65mm) diameter circle. You appear to have some 120mm bolt circle wheels in there, and they are typically for BMW's. Some people use BMW wheels on 4th Gens, but I personally do not recommend it. Strongly recommend you get the correct bolt circle.
You list some 7.5" wide wheels.... definitely not recommended. They are narrower than stock and will force you to use a very narrow tire.
A general guideline of offsets for various width wheels:
8" wide - 38 to 55mm
9" wide - 48 to 55mm
9.5" wide - 49 to 56mm
10" wide - 45 to 55mm (rear only)
10.5" wide - 45 to 55mm (rear only)
11" wide - 50mm (rear only)
