wierd spots that wont come off with washing

wierd spots that wont come off with washing

Hey I have some spots about oh a centimeter in diameter that didnt come off when I washed it and I cant feel anything when I run my nail or finger across them... could this be sap or something and how should I go about removing it, by buffing??

Could be possibly bird droppings that have etched in your paint. I have a couple of those but once I claybared and zainoed, it went away

yeah its not a bird because before I washed it it looked like water spots and never had bird droppings on it. Now it still llooks like water spots and there are about a couple dozen on one area of the car.
