Who would be interested in a different headlight assembly for 93-97 Camaro's?

i would think that HID and angel eyes ie halo's with cct should be STOCK not options for them....

options should be the housing colour, ie black, chrome, colour matched.... and as for size.... the point of these is to get the most light possible, so i think 90mm should be the goal here, plus we know they do fit, and sure it might be a lil tight, but i think we should still aim for that....

am i missing anything here??

That's the nice thing about the options though. If you just want the basic setup, then you can get it. If you want the Halo's or Angel Eyes, you can have that as well. Not everyone is going to want the exact same thing. Also, it is nice not to see everyone with your EXACT headlamps either.

The 90mm's are not completly out, we will find out for sure later. But more than likely to incorporate the housing, the 50mm's will be used. Don't worry about the light as they will put out almost the same amount of it (still a billion times more than the stock ones), and the housing can make them look just about as big as the 90mm ones. If the 90mm's will fit into the housing, I am sure FocuzTech will use them.

As with everything else with this project, time will fill in the blanks.

Those look familiar! They are also an OUTSTANDING upgrade from the stock fog lamps.

Again, not everyone wants Halos here. There may be some who just want the basic cheepest headlamp upgrade. Then there are those of us (myself included) who will probably want both the Halo's and the Angel Eyes, and can order them with those options.

agreed, but im sure alot of ppl will look at say the fully loaded lights at say 500 bucks, a gift, and jump all over them, where as the others who see 700 bucks will be like WTF i can do a full front end swap to a 98-02 for 1000, why spend 700 on just lights.....

if he can do 500 bucks for fully loaded, and say 350ish for the base ones.... then i think alot more would sell, and sometimes its in #'s.... so if he sells 100 at 350 range, vs 15 at 500..... get my point?

I think if you would even consider swapping front ends, you are missing the point here. We like our LT1 front ends, but want them to look cooler and have modern lighting.

i dont mind spending a few hundred bucks on some good lights.... but will i spend almost 1000 cnd...... for halo's angel eyes, or demon eyes, with hid's that will totally change the look of the car, and the saftey of driving...... maybe.... but 1000 bucks is 1000 bucks lol,

I agree with that. I'd only buy the lights if I thought they were worth it and they looked awesome. $500 is my tops.

again i agree, but, as most will say, lets keep an eye on the price, and try and keep the base model lights away from the 500 and have the 500 area for those who want to have the top model....

You guys must have never worked in retail

All stores sell their products for 2 times the price they paid for it. So when a store has a 50% off sale, they are normally selling you the product for the price they paid for it. I doubt Focuztech is much different, except they are making their products, not ordering 1000 cases of them like a store.

If their Impala lights are $500, it probably cost them more or less $100-200 to make, and then they add in a cost of development.

Pretty standard stuff. The more they think they can sell, the less the development fee will be that is tacked onto the price. That's why you'd pay $200k for a Fisker Tramonto, because only 150 will be made, and the development cost is divided by 150.

Whereas you probably only pay about $10 in development for a Toyota Corolla because Toyota makes a bajillion of them!

If that's the case, then we should be well off, since they are aware the market for the 93-97 Camaro's is MUCH greater than that of the Impalla's.

For sure, the Camaro market is GIGANTIC.

I was trying to find some performance goodies for my Corolla, and the only stuff made for the specific car is a cold air intake and different headers LOL. Look at a site with Camaro parts and there will be 50 different styles of headers or anything else.

Not mine, but would love to see a pic of it. This is my baby:

I plan on having the Bantha Skull (my tat) etched into the ENTIRE back window.
