I tried a search for awhile but can't find the thread about using Testors or Nightshades on tailights. It was a Firebird owner I believe. I just got through with mine but I can't remember if I need to add a clearcoat. I'm sure it couldn't hurt but before the clearcoat always seemed to dull the finish up. Anyone seen it?

 

I used the niteshades on my camaro tailights and I needed to use clearcoat. They were way to dull now after 3 coats of clear they look just right....and still let a good amount of light through. way better then tail light covers
