where to put neons in car? and ? bout wiring
For the guys who hate neons, go somewhere else and make your comments.
And for the guys who tried to help him wire it, god those are very technical responses for a guy who has NO idea what he is doing (but good job).
Try this. You should have 3 wires from each set of underbody neons. 2 are from the transformer, one power/one ground. The power leads into the switch you got which has 2 wires, one power/one ground. If you are using a LED (lighted switch) then make sure you ground BOTH wires in the SAME PLACE. Ok so now that we have figured that out, do the same with your other neons (might only have one power/one ground instead of 3 wires). The power that is left over from your underbody kit just twist that end around the end of the other neon, so BOTH powers are connected. Follow me so far? Good (I hope). Now run that wire to the "accesorries" part of the LED switch. Then just run the other ground to the body and the power on the switch to a power source. I just wired 4 LED switches in my console and each works great so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about.
Good luck and if ya need anything "3d wire display" etc, just drop me an email at NjoyinXtremes@aol.com
