whatchu guys think of these wheels?
1BADSIXER, so you were the one bidding against me for all these months! really tho, did you find these wheels somewhere with the 18x9 size? i've been lookin all over the place for them in that size, closest i found were with 4 lugs...
do you have any more pics of that ss?
luck to ya getting yer wheels...
btw, the 5x120mm debate has been going on for awhile now, but from what i got out of it, as long as i throw some chromoly lugs on there, i shouldnt have anything to worry about...the diff is extremely small...

I went straight to the HPRacing website, and these rims, Formerly called EVO, now known at Lightning, are only available in a 19" size with the 5X120 bolt pattern. The 18X9 size comes in a max of 5X114.3 bolt pattern, so it won't work unless you want the bling bling factor of 19" rims.
I really like the way those look. I may end up going with the 19X9.5 when I do the repaint next spring. Not worried about killing track times because I'll be using slicks and skinnies there, and those would definitely set my car out. Thumbs up to anyone with these wheels!!
Here is a pic of my car with the 18x8s (I have dedicated track tires, and these tires are 1 inch wider than my stock 16s...)
The 5x120 vs 5.120.65 debate is a long standing argument. Most people will tell you that the amount of difference is well within tolerances for even OEM equipment. I can only speak from personal experience - mine went on just like stock wheels and have never come loose or had any issues because of that .6%.
There is a thread lower on this page of my car (shameless plug!) if you want more pics.
