What do you think....should I go back?
I changed the front piece last year because the dark red one had been on there since 1990 and was starting to show its age. I went with silver for two reasons first the red is very hard to get and it is a lot more expensive, second I wanted a change and thought the silver would look better. After having it on there for a year I think the red looked better.
What do you think should I leave it or go back to the dark red?

I like the 3 butterflies that the chrome piece has, but I like the red color better. It breaks up the monotony (if you want to call it that) of all the chrome. Maybe if you find a red three blade setup, you'd be happy.

I actually was thinking the same thing......I need to get a current pic of it but since those last pics of the scoop with the mirrored butterflies I had painted the metal peices between them black.
I had to dig back aways for these with the red butterflies, You think I should set the scoop up like this again?

I definitely like it with the three red blades and the chrome around it. Go with that look for sure. And for God's sakes, stop posting so many pictures of your car, you're making the rest of us feel inadequate.
j/k, I will never be tired of gawking at that car...

Also, I see the power tour is coming back through michigan and illinois this year...are you going to be cruising it again? I would have loved for your car to be in the tour last year, it was actually close enough for me to attend.

Wow, I couldn't imagine selling a car like that...especially since you've had it for so long and put so much work into it.
When you said silver "front piece" I thought you were talking about the ground effects at first.
I really like your car. I normally hate heavily modified cars because they tend to look like they aren't well taken care of, but your's looks awesome!
