I think there's nothing better looking than a dark green, t-top Formula, with a Ram Air hood and wide wheels..... but then I might be slightly biased.

i like those wheels, but i have to agree 8" is too narrow.

I saw a Firebird in GMHTP mag with the ZR-1s on it and fell in love with those wheels. I have 9.5x17 up front and 11x17 in the back. The 315/35s rub a little on hard corners and big bumps if anyone is sitting in the back. I've heard of 11x17s up front too but it requires some modding so they don't rub suspension parts.

 

ya i had 17X11 Grand Sport wheels on the back of my 1993 Z28 and it rubbed a little, so i rolled my fenders and it was good.

 

It must really suck to live in a place that makes you run a front license plate. Not so bad on a T/A, but it really messes up the front of a Firebird. Nice cars though, guys.

 

ya its a pain in the *** with the front plate. lot of people keep it off and just throw it on their dash or whatever. but they still get hassled now and then
