I have export tailights on mine I was thinking about spraying a light coat of VHT to.

Does anyone have pics of a LIGHTLY VHT coated set of tailights on a Camaro?

 

i think the black out looks best, but those black outs will slowly warp your tail lights and eventually over a long time period crack them, i didnt believe a guy who told me until i checked mine one day and i could see where it had started, but i still have the black outs on, between the 2 different styles of tail lights id day the newer body style ones look way better imo

I've been wanting to do it with mine. I don't know if I could sand/polish it up too well myself though.

 

I say go for it. As long as it's a light coat I think it will look great.

 

I tried a search for a light coating of VHT on Camaro Tailights, and all I found were the ones with the usual moderate to heavy VHT on them that pretty much made then look like darkouts.

If anyone has, or could find a pic of LIGHTLY sprayed VHT on Camaro tailights, please post it.

 

id say go with 93-96 lights with sequential lighting

 

the blackouts look tight.
