Thinking about putting some stripes on my car
black or white.I was thinking about painting them on myself with on of the Mirage colors
by dupli-color,do you think it would look
stupid or what.

I wouldn't use the DuPont stuff. The make good paint but I would think it wouldn't look very good if the stripes changed differently than the Mystic paint on your car. If I were doing striped, it would either be black or chrome (or a metalic silver color) to somewhat match my rims if you have chromies.

I found this pic of a Mystic BowTie with silver stripes. It has a few appearence mods I'm not into but the car looks good.

 

I think you should put silver stripes on your car. White would go ok but I think silver would look the best. You don't want to get too rice-burnerish.

i have silver stripes on mine and i love them. i couldn't have made a better choice. No pics though. Too poor to buy a camera.

THAT pic freaked me out! Looks just like my 95 V6 Mystic teal car did (TOOK that WING OFF).

Silver looks BEST on mystic teal. I have vinyl ultra metallic on right now, but they will be getting painted on in Oct.
