Tomorrow im gonna test fit my ss hood on my car so im taking advantage that the hood is gonna be off and im gonna go at it with engine degreaser and truck load of towels and i wanted to know what else can i do to make it looks better. I was thinking colored wire covers, colored spark plug wires and thats all i have so far any hints or suggestions. Thanks

I just ordered a shock tower strut bar, looks clean as hell, you might consider one. I got the BMR one for like $130 shipped.

Go

engraved throttle body plate, vortech or trick flow elbow, remove factory stickers, STB with a custom decal on it, chrome caps for everything, chrome fuse box cover........Mallory billet aluminum has a lot of stuff. Also getting a optima red top battery would look nice. You may be able to use mothers back to black on the black stuff but dont quote me cause i havent tried it yet....but will when i give my engine an overhaul in the spring.

Use some Mother's aluminum polish on your fuel rails and anything aluminum under the hood thats got a smooth finish, such as AC lines and coolant lines. Chrome radiator and other caps, TB plate, sand and polish your TB, MAF, alternator bracket, etc. You could hide the wires over the pass side wheel well. Get creative!
