were to get AC vent blank

Does anyone make a blank to replace one of the ac vents?
I've seen them, but dont know if they were bought or made.

I will be adding some voltmeters & a pressure guage, so I need a blank that isn't precut. Looks like I may end up having to make 1 from abs
