Start with a fixed-roof coupe, cut the roof off, and install the t-tops you obtained from a salvage yard.

After buying the t top coversion, How much do you think it would cost to get my roof cut and the conversion put on?

Do it yourself. So long as you're not a complete moron, you should be capable of doing most of it yourself. I'm doing my own this winter, and the only thing I won't be doing myself is painting the bare metal...
