Is it possible to do a direct swap between the low rise and high rise spoilers? or is there gunna be wholes in the hatch to fix and the hatch needed to be repainted?

You have to change out the entire hatch. Been there. Good luck

It's not that hard to change out the hatches. The hardest part is finding one that's the color of your car and getting a buddy to help you remove the other hatch (the thing is heavy!)

You basically unbolt the struts and unplug some electrical connectors and that's that.
