Starting to plan my winter project, need input
My WS6 looks WORN and needs a refresh. I want to repaint it over the winter and clean up the interior a bit. I either want to repaint it in the same color with CETA queues and a few other changes, or paint it in a Viper Steel Grey.
This is what the paint should look like
Steel Grey
I can't make up my mind?!? Money isnt the issue as I'll be doing it all myself.

I would go the same colour. When iam buying cars if i see its been repainted a different colour i drop everything and walk away. I CANT stand it when the body is one colour and the engine department is another. an what not. Unless ur going the whole ten yards an doing that, then that grey isnt bad.

I'm pulling the motor this winter. If I do a color change, everything is coming off. Doors, mouldings, everything. Even if I stick with the same color, I'll be pulling it all of anyways.
Grew up doing this stuff and I hate when people just tape over trim and sand to the edge.. peels and looks like crap.
The wife likes the stock color. I think I'll most likely keep it, but have them add a coarse metallic to change it up a bit. Either way cost is the same, just looking for opinions

If you are going to go through the time and hassle and spend the money to paint it, you might as well do a custom color to set your car out from the rest of us sowing the GM color choices.
I think the Viper grey looks good IMO. I would do something totally custom like a pearl grey silver or something to really look different and sharp. Either way you will be out the same time and money. You might as well have a car that cathces peoples eyes more than a clean looking factory color.

I got a chance to see a Bowling Green 01 Vert today. Impressed
When I got there it was cloudy, so the car looked black. Once the clouds cleared away she really lit up. Really showed off the body lines.
I think I am going with the BGM, figured I'd stick with Green and GM colors.
