shorter antenna

has anyone seen the 2" antenna...i cant find it, and noone knows what im talkin about. it sits no taller than my thumb from the body and reception is not compromised. other than that, i would rather stick an antenna sticker on my windshield or rear glass over this metal rod coming out of the rear quarter.

...I couldnt help but notice you signature says that you have no throttle body, but yet its polished

Hope that means throttle body coolent bypass

I cut mine down, ground the tip and reinstalled the ball. 10 minute process.

they make a button type antenna that just mounts on the existing spot. Do a search on antennas to see if you can find it. You can also try the electric antenna swap out, thats what I did and I love having a power antenna.

I also did the power antenea switch out, it was real easy, my car had the wires run already, I did get a link in case if I did not have the the connections hooked up. I also put in a manual switch, so I can have keep it down when listenning to CDs. Here is the link if anyone is interested in doing it.
