I switched out mine for a billlet antenna. Sorry no part number. I just got it from my friends shop. I'm pretty sure you can find one where they sell accesories or stuff like that. Go check it out. I got a pic of it, its in the sig.

Send me yours and I'll send you mine. Mine's about 10-12" long. So is the antenna. If you want to I'll think about it. Is yours black? Sounds like this is in the wrong forum!

Edit: Seriously though, I'm looking for a black antenna. I'd like to keep the shorter one that I have but can't get the paint to stay on it.

I think that's the one I have, or just exactly like it, except in alluminun color. I'd like to get that black one, but I wouldn't want to pay $28 for it.

I just cut mine to the desired length about 10" - reception was not a problem.

I cut mine down and the reception has died a little, don't do it if you like radio. I'm looking for something better too.

I got one similar to the one that Eckler's sells. I am very happy with it. They one I got is actually nicer looking than the factory one. It has a nice threaded brass fitting, a hex base so you can really snug it down and a "smoother" end on it.
