I got an email from the guy a few days ago. He's just completely the 97+ wiring layout and stuff. (requires Altezza or early style lights though).

Hey Brent, I still have mine sitting in my garage b/c they don't work at all. One light would blink and not all of them would light up and it was a mess, I tried them 3 seprate times only to finally run the lights stock. They did work once for a few days then went all haywire! I really would like for these to work, they are really cool when they work Please lemme know if you can help me and get me in touch with Steve (I think thats his name). Thanks Brent!!
