sequential tail lights

anyone know where i can find out how to do this? and what to buy? thanks in advance

I got an email from the guy a few days ago. He's just completely the 97+ wiring layout and stuff. (requires Altezza or early style lights though).

Hey Brent, I still have mine sitting in my garage b/c they don't work at all. One light would blink and not all of them would light up and it was a mess, I tried them 3 seprate times only to finally run the lights stock. They did work once for a few days then went all haywire! I really would like for these to work, they are really cool when they work
