I have sirius satelite radio and I was wondering if I could paint the antenna without killing reception. I don't think it would absolute kill reception. It may hurt it a little, but I can't see it being noticable. I know high end luxury cars have theirs painted. Annyone know?

 

I believe that as long as the paint isn't metallic it's okay to paint it.

I have mine installed under the carpet on the back deck inside the car. Works perfect. It only cuts out when I go under an overpass.
