My '96 Z28 has ripples/bubbles in the cloth above the armrest on my inner door panel. It has done this on both sides. I am guessing that the previous may have accidently left the windows down when it rained outside. Is there anyway that I could possibly fix it to smooth it out again or do I have to take it to a professional? Thanks!
