Smile Removing Side Moldings?

I'm painting my car and decided to delete all of the emblems and the side molding on the car. Does anyone have any pictures of a Camaro without the side moldings? Should I put them back on?

BTW, I'm painting the car black and adding chameleon ghost flames. I'll post pics next week when I get the car back.

I took mine off too. The pics on my site currently don't have the emblems either...

I think it looks a lot cleaner without the molding...But, I'm going to put the emblems back on...Just got done repainting them...

My car is black, BTW
(just incase you couldn't tell by the avatar )

i left the trunk molding on, but removed the fender moldings. i like the way the car looks better without them.

if you had a door repainted and they did not remove the molding, you will have a ridge. i would not take it off if it was not removed for painting. might peel the clear, or just look bad. it is up to you. if you know what you are doing you might be able to wet sandd the ridge away.

Well, I guess I'm going to keep it off. I will have to get new ones anyway since I am changing the color of the car. I'll see you Saturday Neil. Hopefully I can get everything done before I leave.
I still have to install my stereo and put springs in the car.
