How hard is it to remove the door sills? Will I damage any clips by taking them off?

I am thinking of painting them, so if I do take them off, I want to be able to put them on without too much hassle.

get your fingers under the edge of it and pull it straight up.
i had to do it when i painted my Z and it didn't damage the clips!

Ya it isnt hard, you might have to pull a little harder than you think but it wont hurt anything. Just judge it as you go.

They pull of real easy, nothing to worry about at all.
