like shave the handles?

it can be done.. you need a remote opener kit, they sell them at Summit Racing for ~$100-$200.

Then you will have to find a body-shop to shave the handles and repaint the doors, this is the hard part... The 4th gen doors are made of a strange material, and I've heard of more than a few guys having lots of trouble finding a filler material that won't crack as the material expands/contracts in temperatures changes in relationship to the door material.

That sounds like a cool idea. I was contemplating on doing that to my ride as well, but i probably will do it later down the line. Instead of Summit Racing, check out www.Autoloc. com. They have been doing this for years and come out with the best door popper kits. As far as a material to fill in the empty space, anything except bondo. A knowledgable body shop around your way knows this and probably will use a more urethane based material that will be able to handle drastic temp changes. Regardless if your serious about it, good luck with it, im sure it will look hot.
