I need find a good rear passenger quarter panel for a 1995 Z28 convertible and I will be set. I know where I get a quarter panel and it does look like it would fit by checking out the pics. But the quarter panel came off of a hard top and I have a convertible. I was wondering are these two compatible or not?

 

i cant help you out on your original answer but when i had damage to my pass. quarter panel i thought i could just buy it, paint it, and put it on but the guy at the body shop it was WAY harder to do this than to just fix it. he said that required welding and alot more body work. i dont know if its the same for convertible cars but thats what the guy told me.
