No problem at all. The seats out of any 4th Gen ('93-'02) will fit. Direct bolt in. (They will also fit any 3rd Gen too, as the cars share the same floorpan). I assume the TA seats are power; if you want the bolsters to work, you will need the air tube to connect the two seats. You could buy that from a wrecker (it runs under the carpet, under the console between the two seats), and you will have to connect the power. If your car doesn't have a power drivers seat already, you will have some wiring to do. Just so you know, the TA drivers seat is power, while the passenger seat isnt. Both seats have to be connected together, with the air tube, for the bolsters to work. I put '95 TA seats in my old '87 IROC-Z, and they worked perfectly.

Be aware the T/A seats place you a little higher than the Camaro buckets. I like mine though, well worth it.

Good point. However, the seats out of the earlier years of the 4th Gen Trans Am (say, '93-'95) sit lower than the later ones. I had seats out of a '95 TA, and while the seats had power bolsters, all the other adjustments were manual. As they didn't have motors underneath them, they sat about 2" lower in the car. I also liked the adjustable thigh part that could be moved up and down. This piece is fixed in place, and not adjustable on the later cars (like my current '99 TA Firehawk).
