Post pics of LT1 camaros with Newer style SS hood

I'm looking for an ss hood for my 95 camaro and I found that they make a newer style ss hood (narrorer scoop), for the lt1 cars. Anybody have any pics of this hood on the lt1 camaros? Be much appreciated, thanks...

well you do know its not going to be functional. unless you rig up some sort of LS1 airbox. which would be stupid i think. just my .02 $

people always want to put the LS1 style SS spoiler on their LT1 cars, i always thought the LT1 hood was better

Either SS hood looks good to me. I just prefer the front bumper and headlight assembly of the LS1 Z's over the LT1's.

I wonder if anyone has pics of this new hood on their LT1. I would be very curious as to what it would look like.

Whats the difference? I heard buying an SS hood of ebay is not worth it, due to it's fitting.

the scoop is shaped differently. Go find some pictures of each and you'll see the difference. The LT-1 hood is more angular and the LS-1 hood is rounded...much like the rest of each of their front ends.

Here is my car with the newer hood on it, but it is kinda wavey due to a bad painter. But you get the jist

Wow... Check the dates when you revive an old thread... lol
But, the waviness isn't caused by the paint. It's in the prepwork. Your hood wasn't sanded flat. Somebody probably used a DA on the fiberglass. Always a no no...

I'm switching back to an LT1 front end just to get an LT1 SS Hood. I like the LT1 SS Hood way better, but they are both made to match the front ends of their respective styles.
