Have you tried printing them on acetate? That might work.

Acetate is a clear plastic. It comes in clear, red, and a few other colors. It's about as thin as paper (the red kind I had/have is about as thick as business cards I think)and is completely clear. Cartoonists used to use it for animation cels before everything switched to digital.

I'm not sure where you buy it; I got it from work because they threw it out. You might also try transparencies. I know they go through a home printer since they are made for printing on, but they are really thin.

Is that a custom cage? Where did you get that? I like the fact it looks like you can still recline the seats somewhat. Only reason I haven't bought one is because of that reason alone. Gotta stretch on long trips, ya know?
