Please post pics of your 4th gen interiors
You might want to search for pics of meissenation's car, or PM him and ask him to post here. He's done quite a bit of interior cosmetic stuff.
There's another guy... I don't remember his screen name, but he replaced all of the components in his center stack with a big LCD screen, and installed a computer with a custom-designed program and servo controls so that he could use it for radio, HVAC, and a bunch of other stuff. It's pretty sweet. I've always wanted to do something like that, and then put LS1 Edit on the computer so that I could monitor/change stuff right from the center stack.

It looks good, but there are wrinkles in the door panels and steering wheel where the fabric was re wrapped, im a nit picker, stuff like that bug the heck out of me. but it does look nice
...I guess the tan interior from GM was kind of two-tone like that since all the plastics were still black, but the seats look nice.
thanks guys...and jsut so you know...i'm nit-picky as well and while those wrinkle and crap bother me to an insane degree...they add a little character and people know its custom. but it still bugs me.
got the seat covers from auto-interiors, the steering wheel cover from afterthoughtsauto, and i had to do the door panels myself. all the installation was done by my dad and i minus part of one of the door panels, but the guy screwed it up so we ended up having to fix his mess anyway. i may try and go back and fix those wrinkles in the door panels but they are fine for now.
none of the interior has been dyed. its all original pieces. some of the parts in real life aren't as black as they appear in those pics, but i've tried to take good care of the vinyl and such to make sure it doesn't fade. been thinking about painting the interior pieces black and getting some black carpet installed sometime but i'm not sure ab it yet.

I've heard/read that painting the interior pieces isn't very durable unless it is the hard plastics. In my opinion, your interior has all the white accents it should have, and no more. Maybe recover the leather shift **** with white leather, but I don't know about that... White can be overwhelming and look awful if overused.
White carpet and black carpet-floormats might look nice. The floormats in our cars cover pretty much the entire area your feet can be (unlike my Corolla for example) so white carpet would just be an accent. I'd never suggest white floormats though, you'd have to drive without shoes on

Its being re-done with black carpet, new TA door Panels, and a Custom dash, a-la the Ferrari f430, basically doing a leathing covered hood over some custom guages, covering it all in leather. Welding in a 10 point. I have already deleted the radio and made a block off plate from the old center console.
