Pics of turnsignal/drl blackouts on TA?

I am ordering taillight blackouts for my black TA and am thinking about getting the blackouts for the turn signals/drl's too.

Does anyone have a pic of one? I'm very curious as to how they'd look.

Also, what is your opinion on them? I think the taillight blackouts will look great, but I'm not sure about the turn signal blackouts since my car has drl's that are on all the time. Do you think it will still look better?

Thanks in advance for your help and opinions!

Jeremy

I have them on my car (link in sig). I dont know, if I had DRL's I'm not sure if I would have them or not. I think I would try to disconnect the DRL's personally.

I have had two sets of lights covers on my Camaro and the TA. Never again. They look good from a distance and really "clean" up a car, exspecially on black cars. . In my opinion, they looks cheap and although the tails always stayed on my car, the turnsignals came off easily or at high speeds. My advice, save the money, and use the spray tint and don't worry about them falling off.

turn signal markers
Tails
rear side markers

You guys are awesome! These pics are exactly what I have been looking for. I now have to decide whether to go with blackouts or Nightshades for the turn signals and rear side markers...

Thanks again!

Are the rear ones illegal at night or daytime since the reflector doesnt shine through?

Also, does anyone have a problem with any of their taillights fading on the inside?

thanks

I believe in most states both are illegal since you aren't supposed to alter your tails or so I have heard. Although, with the Nightshades, light coming through isnt a problem. I have been in front of cops at lights and have nothing said.

Yeah, They are illegal. And light does still shine through during the day, they still function fine. But like 95 Mystic TA says, it is illegal to have anything obstructing your marker lights, including those covers for Trucks, that have like the Dodge Ram head, or the BowTie or anything..all illegal. I've gotten warned twice for them by cops, but never was specifically stopped for the black outs, it was just something for the cop to add on, but have yet to actually get ticketed for it..just warnings...knock on wood. But it must be said that, I have gotten pulled over and the cop said nothing about them, not to mention the innumerable times I see cops out on the road who pass me, or I pass them..ect. I say do it...its not that big of a deal. Good luck though!

No, they have double sided velcro pieces. One for the lens, one for the cover/
