I've had mine sitting in my room for over a year now. I just dropped it off to get painted yesterday. I'll be right there with you by the end of the week. Looks good.

Looks good. I'm thinking about doing the same thing to my SS. did you have to do any drilling for the posts? How did the wiring hook up?

is a direct bolt on. You just got to get a 12v relay to add in the wiring so you don't get a ABS INOP light.

Why can't you just splice it to the wires that are already there for the third brake light. I was under the impression that this was all you had to do. My kit came with 2 splices. I figured that was what they were for.

Wire the wing without the relay first. And once the wing is working you will probably get the ABS INOP light.

= Cable
- Naked Connection
|| Relay
. Dont' pay attention to the points they are nothing

=========--============== Black Cable
=========--============== Red or Yellow Cable
From car........From the Wing

That's how the connection should be without the relay.
Then add the relay to make like a bridge between the two cables right were you made the connection.

I got mine used for $200 and it was already white so i didn't have to paint it.

Yes it would work...but the LED lights don't offer resistance like the old lights. So it isn't feeding anything back and the car thinks it has the back light burned giving you an ABS INOP.

No...they are red/black Flames Dice. So it goes with the interior Red Flame Interior really well.

I am usually VERY good at wiring from my job in HVAC/R, but your wiring is confusing. I haven't tried to install one of these spoilers yet but am trying to be "fore warned" of what's involved. I'm also not sure of how many of what color wires are involved or the real purpose of the relay (other than make the ABS light go away) A relay connection usually shows a coil circuit with a zigzag type line and the || yo show is the normally open set of contacts. which of the black, red or yellow is the 12v. coil lead, coil to ground circuit, and what is run through the open contacts? I know it's tough to draw a digram on here but try and explain if you can or make a drawing with Paintshop or something and e-mail me. thanks really

The relay connects the two naked connections.
